Horosa 星阙提供传统占星与术数的计算结果。结果由开源引擎按你提供的输入和确认的设置计算得出，属于传统文化与娱乐参考，不构成医疗、法律、财务或其他专业建议，也不应作为任何重大决定的依据。
The service
Horosa 星阙 provides calculations of traditional astrology and divination. Results are computed by open-source engines from the inputs you provide and the settings you confirm; they are cultural and entertainment references, not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and should not be the basis of any significant decision.

你须年满 13 岁。请只提供你有权提供的数据；不要用本服务对他人进行骚扰或歧视。服务不提供寿命、疾病、死亡类断语。
Use
You must be at least 13 years old. Provide only data you are entitled to provide, and do not use the service to harass or discriminate against others. The service gives no lifespan, illness or death readings.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of availability, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

开源许可
本服务的公共服务包与它依赖的计算引擎 Horosa Skill 都以 AGPL-3.0-only 许可发布。服务包源码见 github.com/Horace-Maxwell/horosa-public-service，引擎源码见 github.com/Horace-Maxwell/horosa-skill。按该许可第 13 条，通过网络使用本服务的用户有权获得对应版本的源码。
Open-source licence
The public service package and the Horosa Skill engines it depends on are licensed under AGPL-3.0-only. Both source repositories are linked above; users interacting with the service over a network are entitled to the corresponding source under section 13 of that licence.
